  ORDERS

  Ex-stock items are delivered on full Payment. Courier & Cargo Facility for Local/Out Station Clients are available. Charges on Buyers account. All Products are not regular stock items and are made against orders. For Product to be Fabricated, Orders are Confirmed with 50% Advance. Balance 1 week before Delivery. Delivery within 3/5 weeks.For More than 1 item & large quantities delivery time will be decided at the time of Negotiation. Prices are in Pak Rupees FOB Ex-Office and subject to change.If due to unforeseen circumstances, Delivery is delayed. Our Company is Liable for 2% Price deduction per month. (That is Half percent per week). This is in accordance with the rules of GOVT Pakistan/Internationally for purchase & sell Agreements. This will Apply when all terms & conditions are fulfilled.

  R & D

  HIGHER's Equipment in last 20 years Proved itself with best Results due to regular Improvement. Specifications are maintained as per "HIGHER" R & D. Can be discussed & changed for specific use. Customers Designs & Suggestion can be developed and Incorporated on. All Products are under Process of Improvement. Therefore changes are expected on next Production.

  Advantages

  Equipment is Field Tested in requisite environment and climate. (Individual response may differ) Spares & Replacements for Each & Every "HIGHER" Products Available. Repair Facility for all Equipment Offered. Items can be Returned OR Exchanged within 1 week (if not used). Conditions applies.

  Repair

  1. Clean/Wash the item properly. 2. For more than 1 item, Mark the item number. 3. For Tents send/bring only the component which is to be repaired. Keep the other parts at your end. 4. Make a list of Defects/Damage in each item. 5. Provide repair list along with the items & keep a copy with you. 6. Send us repair list in advance before sending the item. We shall tell you the time when the equipment can be sent to us.

  Spares

  Spares are not readily available in stock. Therefore place a order well in time.

  Claims

  Replacement/Repair due to fault will be considered on Return of Product. Proper use of Equipment is Buyers Responsibility. "Higher" shall not accept any Claim for Damage and Loss due to Misuse OR Mishandling of Product.
